The cosmopolitan west coast city of Jeddah on the Red Sea shore line of Saudi Arabia beckons an experienced Teacher of English Language and Literature to head a thriving department in a well established and reputable British style expatriate and local international school.
The school enjoys enviable facilities that caters for over 1500 expatriate and local students of over 60 nationalities from kindergarten to Year 13. The school has employed a blend of curricula drawing on the best practice of PYP and the International Primary curriculum for primary, IGCSE National Curriculum of England and Wales for secondary and IB for post 16 education; the British influence is a flavour of an adapted curriculum. Previous head of department is desired and although a background of the IB diploma background is favourable it is not essential.
