If you have 5-7 years of management experience leading a high performing organisation, an entrepreneurial drive, a proven track record of launching new ventures, superior relationship management skills, extensive knowledge of school management systems, a passion of education reform and possibly a background in new school start up situations then this could be the challenge that you have been seeking.
Leading with drive and commitment you will be expected to deliver on many levels promoting the core values, philosophy and culture of the group, working strategically with the board to grow and develop, hire and oversee performance of senior level staff, develop a human capital strategy, lead financial projections to support growth, drive academic performance and manage the external representation and image of the company.
The position demands relevant experience and an ability to work within the Arabian culture; bilingualism of English and Arabic is essential.
A tax free salary of Dhs35000-45000 is offered; this equates to Dhs420000-540000 per year (US$9500-12200 per month). The employment package consists of family accommodation, profit sharing bonus scheme, family status medical insurance, air tickets and an education allowance.
