Registration Process
Finding a job in a new country is much more complex than
finding one in a school down the road. Not only do you need to
comply with Ministry of Education requirements, but you also
need to fit the visa requirements, be able to support any
dependents which varies with the cost of living, and also match
the school preferences for experience and training.
Teachanywhere's registration process is designed to capture all
the essential information about you quickly and as painlessly
as possible to advise you on teaching jobs abroad that are
suitable for you. We must assess your teaching experience
against what each school typically requires. We assess your
training against the requirements of the Ministries of
Education around the world. We assess your age against visa
requirements and your dependent status against the employment
packages offered by our hundreds of client schools. In a
nutshell, it's very complicated and the more relevant
information we have about you upfront the better.
The registration process consists of the following:
- Online registration and CV/resumé upload - CLICK

to read our CV/resumé requirements for international
posts.
- CV/resumé and registration review. We evaluate
your training and work history against our client criteria to
determine if we should proceed.
- Telephone screening. We find out more about you and what
you are looking for, and offer guidance on regions and
schools that might be most suitable for you.
- Document collection. We check your teaching references
using our own specialised reference form, and collect
essential documentation required by client schools including
a copy of your passport, an electronic photograph, copies of
your teaching certificates and degrees. We also require a
recent criminal record check to ensure your suitability to
work with children. CLICK

required in your country.
- Matching, interview and job offers. We submit your
details to matching schools and provide you with information
about the school and region of interest. We arrange
interviews whether on the phone, via videoconferencing or in
person, depending on the time of year and preference of the
school. We offer you valuable interview tips and advice on
questions to ask when evaluating a teaching job abroad. If
you have multiple offers we can help you evaluate them. And
when you sign your contract, we offer pre-departure
information on next steps.
Most teachers looking for jobs abroad find that the
registration process, rather than being cumbersome, helps them
prioritise essential documentation, clarify their expectations
and allows them to be considered for a wide range of jobs in
one go.
