Role Overview:

You will be setting up and leading the Sixth forms in both the international school and its sister school for Chinese students on the same campus.

Your roles is to ensure that the high quality delivery of the sixth form curriculum reflects the aims, expectations, ethos and standards of the school ensuring excellent progress for its students.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate degree, with UK PGCE or other teaching qualification giving QTS.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with evidence of securing the very highest student outcomes.
  • Previous leadership experience success
  • Evidence and knowledge of university guidance and application processes
  • Uphold the values and ethos of the school by actively promoting an emotionally secure, warm, stimulating and safe environment appropriate to the needs of the individual pupils and their families.
  • Experience of leading or co-coordinating the work of other professionals
  • Previous international experience desirable
  • Unequivocally clear as to what excellent post 16 practice looks like

Package: The remuneration package is very generous and includes the following;
