School Overview: This school first opened its doors in February 2017 in Johor, Malaysia. The school has a capacity for 1,800 students on a purpose-built campus with first-class facilities. The school has achieved extraordinary growth and success in its 3 years of existence, and the Board has high aspirations for it to continue to develop into a model school for Malaysia and one of the top schools in the region. At Primary level, the school adopts the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) which ensures rigorous and participative learning using a comprehensive and thematic approach. Students from lower secondary are exposed to a range of subjects which allow for their curious minds to explore various themes and subjects. This is to prepare them for upper secondary where students choose their IGCSE subjects, subsequently followed by A-levels.

Role Overview: The purpose of the role is to raise student achievement and improve the quality of teaching and learning at the School and support the personal and emotional guidance support. You will work closely with Curriculum Leadership Teams, and Heads of Key Stage and Head of Sixth Form and individual teachers to ensure that teaching practices are having the most positive impact on learning and students are achieving to their potential.

You will also work closely with the Head of Secondary in ensuring teaching staff are engaged in professional growth working closely with the Whole School Deputy Principal Professional Learning. You will also work closely with the Heads of Key Stage to support the care, guidance and support of students. This position also has responsibility for contributing to the overall well-being and education of all students in the care of the School and for participating in leading, developing and maintaining the school's mission and vision.
