The Shenzhen Campus opened in August 2020 and provides excellent facilities for students, with a capacity of 900 students catered from Early years through to Sixth form. In the first instance the school will cater for early years through to Year 9 and grow with each academic year.

Location Overview: Shenzhen is the youngest first tier city in China where the average age of the population is under thirty. Rated as the best air quality of all first tier cities in China, Shenzhen itself is a wonderful planned city filled with Plants and shrubbery on the coast in the warmer southern climbs of China. The excitement of Hong Kong is also not too far away.

Requirements: This role will be split between two of the school groups Shenzhen campuses - the International School and its bilingual equivalent. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Academic programmes within the Schools to ensure that all activities, routines and rules are properly understood, sensibly conducted and conscientiously observed in order to ensure that the school's high reputation is suitably maintained.

  • Minimum of 5 years recent successful leadership experience, preferably in an International School
  • Proven experience of leading and managing change at an appropriate level including the curriculum, classroom organisation and administration.
  • Evidence of a clear view about the future development of the Academic programmes and an ability to manage change.
  • A detailed knowledge of Primary practice and policy gained through first-hand experience, strategic management and direct delivery.
  • Excellent programme and staff management skills.
