Early Years Coordinator


Required: August 2021

Curriculum: UK and IB
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: Excellent, and based on experience plus benefits
Sponsorship: Single teachers, teaching couples (if there is more than one post), married teachers with or without dependents
Contract: 2 years renewable

Requirements:

You will assist the Senior leadership team to lead and operate the ECE programme in the school. You are responsible for the development, supervision and management of the ECE programme, the implementation of the ECE Curriculum, the professional development of the ECE teachers and the liaison with parents and families of children in the programme.

  • You should hold a degree in early childhood education or related degree.
  • You should be a qualified teacher with a minimum of three years post qualifying experience with children aged 0 - 5.
  • Able to model good teaching practice
  • Experience of working with EAL students is a bonus.
  • You should have an inquiry based approach to your teaching and an ability to work well within a variety of cultures.
  • an effective communicator who can foster good relationships with teachers, parents and families
  • You need to be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life!
