School Overview: This Pre-school for children aged 18 months to six years of age is located in the heart of the city amidst lush surroundings and enjoys well-resourced classrooms and a strong staff of international teachers. The school follows an inquiry-based "Inquire-Think-Learn" curriculum, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.

Role and Requirements: The school are looking for an outstanding and inspirational Pre-School Principal. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Principal will be responsible to lead the school's Vision and Mission, its values, policies and practices. The Principal will lead the teaching and school support team in the execution of professional duties and responsibilities to meet the financial, curriculum and operational requirements of the school.
Requirements
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education from a recognised University
- 8-10 years of direct work experience in an international schools working with pre school and primary children
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within an international school
- Training and expeirence in IB Primary years programme is essential
- Experience in inquiry based curriculum preferred
- A self-starter with strong ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive approach to work and relationships with others
- The charisma to motivate, support and encourage staff and students through a collaborative approach
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
