THE ROLE
The school is looking for an energetic, passionate, and collaborative individual who has vision to take the teaching and learning in Economics and Business to the next level. The motivation and capability to bring the curriculum alive by connecting learning to the real world of Hanoi's bustling business sector is a must.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with the ability to lead and provide day-to-day management and organisation of the highly successful Secondary School Economics and Business Department.
- Experience through Years 7 to 13 is essential, along with experience of (I)GCSE and preferably IBDP.
- As a key middle leader, the ability to assist in developing long-term strategies to raise standards in the subject and the school generally.
- Able to foster a culture of high performance within the team, with learning and student well- being as central foci.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, risk-taking, and support within the team, and promote a shared vision.
- Lead the ongoing development of the curriculum, teaching and learning standards, and departmental resources.
