Role:

You will be teaching a dynamic Early Years trained Reception Year Group Lead encouraging your students to become independent learners.

Essential Requirements

* At least 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international School.

* Qualified Teacher Status and evidence of relevant in-service training.

* Experience of leading or coordinating teams in relation to the curriculum or pastoral matters.

* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent communication skills

* Outstanding knowledge of Teaching and Learning within Early Years including in-depth knowledge of the school Curriculum.

Desirable Requirements

* Knowledge of specific programmes that support Teaching and Learning in EY such as Jolly Phonics.

* Inspirational leadership skills to support and motivate team members.

* Experience of monitoring set targets in a specified action plan to evaluate and ensure progress.

* Show evidence of establishing clear goals that led to improved student outcomes.

Package: The remuneration package is very generous and includes the following;
