School Requirements

The successful applicant will teach music from Year 5 to Year 9 and lead music groups, sharing their knowledge of playing different instruments. The teacher will have the opportunity to become fully immersed in the musical life of the school. The department is well-resourced, including a music studio and computer suite. Our strong instrumental provision supports our pupils' musical performance skills.

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree and Teaching Certificate within their chosen teaching subject.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Ideally experience with the UK curriculum
  • Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm and adaptability
  • Candidates should be highly committed to playing a full role within the school including extra-curricular activities.
