Secondary History and Social Studies Teacher - Cairo, Egypt - August 2020

Experience: 3 years

Salary: £23,000+ Tax Free

Sponsorship: Single or Married Teaching Couples

Contract: Two Year Renewable

School description: This private school is a member of the BSME and is accredited with Edexcel, CIE and BSO, a recently renovated campus provides modern Science and ICT labs, Art studios, a Dance and Drama Theatre, as well as spacious outdoor PE facilities while offering the National Curriculum for England and Wales to Egyptian students from Early Years to A Level. Academic achievement is strong and many students go onto Universities in both Egypt and Overseas. This position will suit candidates who have experience of teaching in the UK, ideally in and ESL environment who are wishing to join a forward thinking modern school. The school ethos is: To prepare students for life, and provide academic and social help, guidance, counselling and special educational support, and in particular programmes that develop character and confidence.

Requirements: 3 years experience and a Bachelors degree and relevant teaching certificate are required for ministry approval. Resilient, Flexible and independent characteristics are desirable.
