Secondary Maths Teacher (IB)

Curriculum: IB DP / MYP

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: from 10,920 QAR per month, tax free

Experience: 2 Years

Sponsorship: Single or Married Teaching Couples

Contract: 2 years

This leading multilingual International school in Doha is seeking an outstanding and forward-thinking IB Mathematics Teacher for August 2021. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of the successful team of educators that is establishing the IB MYP and DP Maths department.

The school is a full IB school and is becoming one of the leading educational institutions in the region. Teaching mainly through English, educators are also encouraged to embrace multilingual learning by offering, French, German and Arabic. The school was founded in 2017 and has grown in pupil size over the years, now open to 800 students on roll. This is a truly international school, with over 65 nationalities at student and teacher level.

The position will involve teaching MYP Mathematics classes (Grades 6-10) and DP classes.

Preference will be given to teachers with DP experience; however, an exceptional non-IB teacher could be considered and trained accordingly, they must have A Level experience as a minimum. There is also the potential for a HOD post for the right candidate.
