Role and Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons aligned with the British National Curriculum.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of a diverse, international student body.
Contribute to the development of curriculum planning, schemes of work and departmental resources.
Promote a love of learning
Participate in co-curricular activities, school events and trips that support the broader school community.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.

Qualifications and Experience
A relevant Bachelor's degree and a recognised teaching qualification
Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching
Experience with Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student-centred learning.
A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude.
A pioneering spirit, with energy, enthusiasm and full commitment to the profession
Benefits
Salary range: THB 82,000-86,0000 (before tax) - includes accommodation allowance. NOTE: the tax year in Thailand is from Jan-Dec so new staff should be exempt during their first few months (Aug-Dec of the first year).
Short-term accommodation for the staff during the first week of their arrivals.
The school provides a basic plan for medical insurance (Group Scheme) and supports 50% of the basic plan for dependents.
Flight Allowance at the beginning of the contract and again at the end of their initial contract.
Tuition fee waivers for up to two children.
