This is a bilingual school in Thailand that offers a comprehensive education from preschool through to secondary school. The school currently has approximately 920 students enrolled, with more than 90% Thai students.
The school is authorised to offer both the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) for its younger students and the Cambridge International Programme for its secondary students. This dual-curriculum approach allows the school to provide a globally recognised education while also meeting the standards set by the Thai Ministry of Education.

Role and Requirements
As the school enters a significant new phase, they are seeking a decisive, strategic, and operationally focused Head of School to lead transformation, embed systems, and drive sustainable improvement across all areas of school life.
The Head of School is accountable to the Board of Directors for the overall academic leadership, including the quality of teaching and learning, student outcomes, and delivery of key academic performance indicators.
In collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Education Officer, Operations Director, and Finance Director, the Head of School leads the development of strategic plans and budgets, ensures day-to-day academic operations are effective, and aligns school progress with group priorities.
As the school's educational leader, the Head of School plays a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment, and in fostering a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the school community.
The Head of School is expected to model a commitment to continuous professional learning and to foster a growth-oriented culture among staff. They will lead with a reflective mindset, promote evidence-informed practice, and ensure all staff have access to meaningful development aligned with school priorities.
A recognised teaching qualification and a relevant undergraduate degree.
A Master's degree in education, leadership, or a related field (preferred).
Additional qualifications in school leadership, curriculum design, or educational management are advantageous.
A successful record in executive school leadership (e.g. Headteacher, Principal, Head of School), ideally within an international or bilingual setting.
Proven impact in driving school improvement and leading strategic, sustainable change.
Deep understanding of teaching and learning, curriculum development, and assessment across diverse cultural and academic contexts.
Exceptional operational and organisational leadership skills, with experience managing complex school systems and multi-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
A collaborative, empowering leadership style that fosters distributed leadership and continuous professional growth.
Cultural sensitivity and a deep commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and international- mindedness.
In-depth knowledge of child safeguarding and protection, along with a proven ability to implement effective measures that ensure student safety and well-being.
