Early Education: Teachers create a learning environment where learning is a joyful and rewarding experience, and children learn to become enthusiastic, life-long learners. The thematic, hands-on, and content rich curriculum creates a foundation for children to build upon in the elementary grades. Early Education classes are taught by two teachers: the lead teacher and an additional teaching fellow.
Primary: Primary teaching provides passionate educators the opportunity to teach bright, motivated students and explore lessons and concepts which are usually at least one grade level ahead. Curriculum and lessons focus on content mastery and ensuring student understanding through differentiation provided by a unique co-teaching model.
Secondary: Secondary teachers are subject matter experts, often with multiple advanced degrees. The accelerated curriculum provides experienced teachers the opportunity to go deep into their field of expertise.
Wuhan International and Bilingual School
The Wuhan school opened in 2023 and is both an international and bilingual school. The state-of-the-art facilities include spacious classrooms, gymnasiums, multiple performance spaces, science labs, swimming pool, student dorms, and much more. Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province and offers many scenic sites along the confluence of the Han and Yangtze rivers. It is in the very heart of China, roughly equidistant from Beijing in the north and Guangzhou in the south. There are many famous sites in and near the city, such as a Yuan-dynasty temple, the Hubei Provincial Museum, Yellow Crane Tower, Yangtze River Bridge and more.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in your subject area. (Elementary and Early Childhood Education degrees are highly valued for Pre-K through Grade 5.)
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification

Competitive Salary: from approx. $55-65k USD per annum (360 - 420k RMB), more for leadership roles
