Teachanywhere is delighted to be working in partnership with this well known UK school which opened its Saudi Arabian school in Riyadh in 2022. This school serves a unisex student population from KG to year 4 and from year 5 upwards it is a female only education system in line with its very well known UK counterpart. The curriculum has been sensitively adapted to ensure students will excel in Arabic language and Islamic studies alongside other subjects. This school is offering a first class education leading to IGCSE and A level examinations within a state of the art campus which will also offer a very broad range of enriching co curricular activities.
Location Overview: The school is located towards the North of the city in the prominent neighbourhood of Aqeeb. Riyadh itself is the capital and largest city of Saudi Arabia where rapid development has taken hold and you will now find a large array of leisure facilities from shopping malls to Cinema's restaurants and coffee shops. You;ll also find there is a rich cultural heritage to explore and Riyadh very much presents itself as a city of contrasts with distinctly modern architecture offset by traditional Arabic values.
Requirements
- A good Bachelors degree alongside relevant post graduate teaching certification or a Bachelor of Education.
- Must have experience in a similar role
- UK curriculum experience preferred however outstanding teachers may be considered who do not have this background
- Previous international and EAL teaching experience is desirable
