The College is currently at its license capacity of 700 students operating three-form entry from Nursery to Year 9 and two-form entry in Years 10-13. They offer an IGCSE programme in Years 10/11 and the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12/13 though the College welcomes applications from great teachers, no matter their curriculum experience.

Role Description
The Psychology and Humanities specialist will introduce IBDP Psychology into the college curriculum and will support the development of the KS3 Humanities curriculum.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience
- Experience of teaching the IB Psychology at either SL or HL level is essential
- Familiarity with UK Curriculum
- The school is seeking exceptional educators, passionate about inspiring students to achieve their personal best.
- Previous departmental leadership or coordination experience
- You should be excited about working in a dynamic, diverse community spanning many cultures and languages.
- You must believe in embracing opportunities, being open-minded, and continuously reflecting, learning, and growing in your profession.
