The School
Operating the IB program, an international faculty educates more than 800 international students, where academic and behavioural standards are very high. 20% of students are Emirati, 20% are British and the remaining make up more than 40 nationalities. This structured and well-managed school operates from a campus with excellent facilities and is located very close to both the city and beach in the heart of Dubai. It is well known that this is one of the TOP schools in Dubai.
The school is seeking a SEND coordinator. Teachers with vigour and flexibility to continue educating students to the highest standard and drive the values and principles of the school.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a related subject supported by a postgraduate teaching certificate.
- Masters degree in Special Education and/or SENCO qualification
- IB Curriculum experience is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience working within an SEND Department with Students from Grades 6-12
- Previous experience in a leadership position is highly desirable
