The school uses the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), which is a thematic, inquiry-based integrated curriculum, as well as the UK curriculum for English and Singapore Curriculum for Mathematics. The school is owned by a private partnership whose interest is empowering Indonesia through Education. The Principal and educational executive team make all educational decisions in the school.

School Requirements
- All candidates must have a teaching degree majoring in Elementary education (BEd or MEd).
- You must have 5 years teaching experience to teach in Indonesia
- IPC curriculum experience is highly desirable

- Salary of approximately 35,000,000 IDR per month (tax is covered by the school)
