Quality Control Process and Compliance

Teachanywhere is subject to rigorous levels of compliance and quality control, governed by Randstad Education and exceeding the expectations of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). Our quality assurance process is summarised below and grouped under three headings: vetting and child protection; tailored solutions; and internal audit and quality assurance.

Vetting and child protection

Child protection is close to the heart of every school and that is why it is the focus of our processes. At Teachanywhere we have developed best practice candidate vetting procedures utilising our global insight and worldwide network, affording our clients peace of mind.

Tailored solutions

Teachanywhere tailors recruitment practices to the needs of the individual client. We recognise that some clients prefer to utilise their own referencing documents and we have the flexibility to adapt.
Criminal record checking varies across the world but Teachanywhere’s rigorous checks and thorough vetting ensures peace of mind and security for clients. We only employ candidates who pass the following checks:

United Kingdom - Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate by the Disclosure and Barring service
Ireland - Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate by the Garda Central Vetting Unit
South Africa - South African Police Service Clearance Certificate
Australia  - National Police Certificate
New Zealand - Criminal Conviction Information Certificate held by Ministry of Justice
North America- Federal Bureau of Investigation Check/Fingerprint check/Criminal Justice Information Services Division check

Internal audit and quality assurance

We have in place the necessary checks, balances and management scrutiny to monitor and manage our compliance systems and processes. Our internal audit process includes a thorough sign off on applicants, an internal audit procedure designed to monitor compliance with business process and a record retention policy that maintains a full audit trail of activity.
