Using TeachAnywhere to help with our recruitment has been a very smooth and successful process. Their pool of teachers is first rate and the process of references is all taken care of with upto 3 references per candidate. We've been able to come to London and spend a day at the offices with face-to-face interviews, as well as conducting Skype interviews with potential candidates from across the globe. Teachanywhere has provided me with over 80 teachers in the past 15 years. As a head of four international schools, including two in China, I usually attend one job fair a year and do the rest of my recruitment through Teachanywhere. They know how to vett applicants and forward strong candidates who match my criteria. This saves so much time. I only interview candidates who appear to be outstanding, which is often the case. Teachanywhere teachers are committed and stable. Other recruitment agencies don't bother to sift through the applicants, nor do they pay attention to my brief outline of needs. On two occasions they told me an applicant I had dismissed deserved an interview. In each case, I hired the teacher and never regretted it. I like Teachanywhere's bespoke approach. It works for me. When I am desperate to fill a specific position, my regional agents put out a memo to their colleagues around the world. It has worked on the few occasions I needed it most. Three years ago, I stopped counting how many of my teachers came through Teachanywhere. I rely on their candidates to fill at least half my vacancies.

Between 2006-2014 I worked in Dubai as the Chief Education Consultant for Educational Services Overseas Limited.
