Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher with degree-level certification and QTS or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (strong teachers with less experience will be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
