A great purpose built school located in Al Shamkha. Thoughtfully designed state of the art building which has grown gradually over the last few years and offers schooling for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
The school offers an American style curriculum adapted for the context of the UAE and its students. Role Overview
You will be teaching Maths at Middle and High school level.
- Plan and implement engaging lessons based on the US curriculum.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment, fostering a love of learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the school leadership team.
Requirements
- Availability to join immediately.
- Bachelor of Education in Maths, or degree and PGCE in Maths.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience teaching the US curriculum is desirable, preferably with High School and specifically AP experience.
- Previous experience of students with EAL is welcomed.
- You should be flexible and adaptable, culturally sensitive and possess a professional attitude.
