Canadian History Teacher
Location: Shenzhen, China

Curriculum: Canadian from grades 10-12.

Salary: From 11,000 RMB (for NQTS) Up to 24,000 RMB (9 years of experience + recognized teaching license) net per month (income tax paid by the school)
Sponsorship: Single or Married with up to 2 dependent children (100% tuition discount)
Contract: 2 years renewable

This is a private, bilingual, grade 10-12 Chinese high school located in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen. The school offers a dual diploma program, students graduate with a Chinese and a Canadian Diploma. Requirements:
- Fully qualified - two years experience preferred but may consider newly qualified teachers
- A minimum of three references required. References must be current with at least two attesting to the candidate's proficiency as a teacher.
- Previous curriculum experience is not required, but experience teaching English language learners and Canadian curriculum an asset.
- Applicants must be open to new experiences, flexible and adaptable, curious, friendly and team players.
Package:
- Salary from 11,000RMB (for NQTS) - 24,000 RMB (9 years of experience) after tax per month (income tax paid by the school)
- Additional 12,000RMB per year for those with a Masters' Degree
