School Requirements
- The school can consider NQTs and those who wish to complete their Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in their subject area with relevant teaching qualifications
- Candidates must hold a UK Department for Education teacher reference number, equivalent non-UK qualifications or be in their final year of training.
- Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm and have a confident and professional manner, be adventurous, capable and ambitious.
Salary and Benefits Package
- Salaries range from KD1,185 - KD 1,1639 depending on experience, paid in KWD.
- Salaries are tax free
- Free, furnished, air-conditioned accommodation with sole occupancy with all utilities paid
- Annual flight allowance
- Insurance for the Kuwaiti Government Health Service
- Should staff stay for 2 or more years, an end of service gratuity is payable
- Should staff stay for 3 or more years, any costs associated with ECT induction (if applicable) will be paid for by the company
