Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant Bachelor's degree and a recognised teaching qualification

• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching

• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student-centred learning.

• A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude.

• A pioneering spirit, with energy, enthusiasm and full commitment to the profession

Benefits

• Salary range: THB 82,000-86,0000 (before tax) - includes accommodation allowance. NOTE: the tax year in Thailand is from Jan-Dec so new staff should be exempt during their first few months (Aug-Dec of the first year).

• Short-term accommodation for the staff during the first week of their arrivals.

• The school provides a basic plan for medical insurance (Group Scheme) and supports 50% of the basic plan for dependents.

• Flight Allowance at the beginning of the contract and again at the end of their initial contract.

• Tuition fee waivers for up to two children.
