The School

This school is a highly regarded and thriving co-educational international school accepting students aged 3-18. At secondary level (11-18), it is almost exclusively boarding, modelled entirely on the UK independent sector. They follow a blended British and Chinese national curriculum and are an accredited Excel testing centre for IGCSEs and A-Levels. The majority of teaching staff live on campus in excellent, fully furnished apartments. The school achieves excellent academic results within a holistic teaching environment and is sending its graduates to some of the best universities in the West. Students participate in 2 hours per day of sports and follow an extensive performing arts programme. School Requirements

Responsible for managing efficiently the resources, organisation, and administration of the senior Student's houses in order to ensure the safety, good discipline, and well-being of all students.

1. Minimum 5+ years post-qualifying teaching experience and previous experience in a boarding / pastoral role.
2. experience of students with EAL is highly desirable
3. Previous international experience is not essential but welcome
4. You must be willing to contribute to boarding life
5. Ambitious and keen to progress your career

Salary and Benefits Package

1. Salary is dependent upon experience and qualifications, starting at 320,000 RMB up to 400,000 RMB for teaching roles and more for positions with responsibility.
